NIXON, NV - An actor critically hurt in a northern Nevada crash in October has died.

October 30, 2015 about 9:10PM, troopers were called to the single-vehicle crash on Nevada State Route 447, south of Washoe County mile marker 31. That's about 15 miles north of Nixon.

The investigation indicates 40-year-old Nathanial Marston, driving a Ford F-150 pickup southbound on SR447, allowed the truck to drift across the northbound travel lane and hit the east dirt shoulder. The truck overturned multiple times and stopped on the west side of SR447 on its wheels. Marston was not wearing his seatbelt and was thrown from the truck.

Marston was flown to a hospital, where he died November 11. His family lives in Gerlach.

Marston played Michael McBain and Al Holden on the ABC soap opera "One Life to Live" from 2001-2007 and had guest roles in such shows as "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit", "Castle" and "White Collar."

Trooper Robert Nivarel and Trooper Mike Gocke of the Nevada Highway Patrol’s Multi-Disciplinary Investigation and Reconstruction Team (MIRT) are investigating.
