Wolf Pack football holds first live scrimmage

RENO, NV (KOLO) - Fans got an early glimpse at the 2019 football team Saturday inside Mackay Stadium. The Wolf Pack scrimmaged for nearly two hours with the season under three weeks away.

The quarterback battle is the top of discussion. Redshirt freshman Carson Strong showed why he could be the next starter, throwing three touchdowns. Junior quarterback Malik Henry didn't participate as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
