FRESNO, Calif. (KOLO) Former Bishop Manogue standout running back Peyton Dixon has entered the NCAA's Transfer Portal, potentially seeking to leave Fresno State following his freshman season. Bulldogs' head coach Jeff Tedford recently stepped down, citing health issues.
Back in December of 2018, Dixon committed to play for Tedford and Fresno State - picking Fresno State over Nevada, UNLV, Wyoming and UC Davis. in 2018, Dixon became the first Nevada high school running back to rush for three thousand yards, helping lead the Miners to a state runner-up finish.
Dixon was named our 'Stud of the Year' on the Sports Caravan.
