Former Wolf Pack QB Fajardo named CFL All-Star

TORONTO (KOLO) - Former Nevada quarterback Cody Fajardo has been tabbed a 2019 CFL All-Star, the only QB on the 27-player list.

Fajardo, 27, led the Saskatchewan Roughriders to a 13-5 season in his first year as a starter. He'd spent the first three seasons of his career mainly in a backup role, both with Toronto and British Columbia.

The Wolf Pack great threw for 4302 yards and 18 touchdowns with just 8 interceptions. He also ran for 611 yards and 10 more scores.

Fajardo recently signed an extension with Saskatchewan.
