RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A fan was injured on the field Thursday night during a promotion at the Reno Aces game in Reno.

The fan had to be taken off the field, according to Jackson Gaskins, Reno Aces communications manager. There was a slight delay, Gaskins said.

REMSA reported the fan was treated at the stadium and released. Gaskins said she was responsive and had full use of her limbs.

Gaskins described it as a freak injury that happened during a sumo wrestling promotion that takes place at most games. The Aces were not releasing her name.
