RENO, NV (KOLO) - The 21st edition of Reno's PGA Tour event is off and running at Montreux, but Mother Nature ended round one early at the 2019 Barracuda Championship.

Thursday's first round was suspended late due to lightning and rain in the area. A handful of golfers are yet to finish, with the round set to resume Friday at 7 a.m.

As always, there's a handful of big-time names in the field, including two-time Major winner John Daly making his return to the Biggest Little City.

Ollie Osborne is the local favorite. The Bishop Manogue graduate just finished his freshman season at SMU, but qualified for him hometown event as an amateur.
