Police describe the injuries as serious but not life-threatening. She remained in the hospital Sunday.
The driver of the tow truck that hit her remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
She was in the crosswalk when the tow truck turned from westbound Freeport Boulevard to southbound Rock Boulevard about 4:16 p.m. November 10, 2018, police say.
Alcohol, drugs and excessive speed do not appear to be factors, according to police.
