Training drill Sunday morning by National Guard at Reno airport

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - People may hear alarms Sunday morning from the area of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. It is the 152nd Airlift Wing of the Nevada Air National Guard conducting a chemical defense training exercise.

It will go from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday and various alarms will sound, including intermittent sirens and spoken alerts, the National Guard said in a statement. People may be seen wearing chemical gear on the base.

The National Guard described it as a normal exercise.
