Toy drive today helps kids with neurodevelopmental disorders

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Saturday, December 8th, between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m., the JUSTin Hope Foundation, along with several Reno Fire stations and the Sparks Police Department, will hold a toy drive to benefit local children and families affected by neurodevelopmental disorders.

Members of the community can drop off new, unwrapped toys at any of the locations listed below. Volunteer parents will accept these donations that will be given out during the annual Special Needs Christmas party Friday, December 14 at The JUSTin Hope Center. Santa and
Mrs. Claus will give out the toys to every child in the family. They will also get to enjoy holiday crafts, snacks and support one another.

The JUSTin Hope Foundation is a nonprofit in Northern Nevada founded and run by parents of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities who know firsthand the effects that these disorders can have on a family. It provides support and/or opportunities that will have a meaningful impact on the whole family.
