Three people have been displaced after a south Reno fire damaged at least a quarter of the home.
The Reno Fire Department said it went to the fire in the 200 block of Ashley Way at about 1:05 p.m. August 3, 2017 after a neighbor saw smoke and fire at the home.
The single-family manufactured home had heavy smoke and about a quarter to a half was on fire when firefighters arrived. Firefighters kept the fire to the front two bedrooms and the fire’s progress was stopped about 10 minutes after the first unit got there.
There were no injuries. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The American Red Cross is helping the people displaced by the fire.
