The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is expecting to serve more than 7,000 people Thanksgiving day alone. It is the busiest day of the year for the food and beverage department. Chefs have been preparing meals for a week. So far, they have spent 1,900 hours of prep time with 75 team members.
All the restaurants at the hotel with the exception of Cafe Alfresco will be open. Cafe Alfresco will be used as an additional seating area for Toucan Charlie's Buffet. Each restaurant will have different themed Thanksgiving meals.
For those looking to dine out Thursday, The Atlantis Steakhouse and Bistro Napa are still accepting reservations. Toucan Charlie's Buffet will also be open and does not require reservations but will be based on first-come-first-serve.
