Stolen car set on fire off of Veterans Parkway

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) Reno Police say a car was set on fire on Sunday evening in South Reno.

RPD says the car was stolen, and they are trying to track down the man they say is responsible. Police describe the man they are looking for only as a white man in his 30’s.

The crash happened in a field about 100 yards off of the road on Veterans Parkway less than a mile south of the Mira Loma intersection.

Police are not releasing any information regarding the owner of the car that was stolen.
