Small fire southeast of Dayton fully contained

DAYTON, NV (KOLO) - The Bureau of Land Management says a 3.4-acre fire that started Wednesday afternoon is 100% contained.

BLM says lightning started the Stone Cabin Fire, burning six miles southeast of Dayton in the Rawe Peak area, about 1:30PM June 5, 2019.

The fire burned in grass and was hard to access. It was contained a little more than 24 hours after it was reported.

No structures were threatened and no roads were closed.
