Sex offender out of California arrested in Reno
The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested a convicted sex offender in Reno.
On Monday, January 13, 2020, USMS Fugitive Task Force members found Adam Campbell at a motel on Sutro Street and took him into custody. They are assessing the case for a possible federal charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
Authorities say Campbell is wanted out of California on a state Parole Violation warrant.
In 2014, Campbell was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography in Fresno, California. Campbell has a history of multiple arrests for state charges of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
