WASHOE COUNTY, NV (KOLO) -- An Incline Village man has been arrested on accusations of shooting out a car window with a BB gun following a road rage confrontation.

The Nevada Highway Patrol says it happened Tuesday, July 9, 2019 about 3 p.m. on eastbound 431, the Mt. Rose Highway. The driver of a gold pickup reportedly fired at another vehicle and shattered a window.

The pickup was tracked to the highway near Callahan Road and 23-year-old Yonatan Zuniga-Sanchez was arrested, charged with assault and destroying the property of another with a BB gun that looks like a 9-millimeter handgun.

No one was hurt.
