RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Standard Management Company, a property management company in Reno and Las Vegas, is wrapping up a campaign that will give back goods to provide support and assistance to military men and women, veterans and their families. The month-long campaign began Tuesday, September 11.

Standard Management is partnering with Nevada Military Support Alliance to give back to veterans and their families. September 11 is a day that will always be remembered, from the first responders who lost their lives at the attack on America, to the military men and women who continue to this day to fight for our freedom. In honor of that, SMC will collect donations from all ten properties in Reno and Las Vegas. These goods consist of: clothing, non-perishable food and cash donations. All SMC properties are drop-off locations and open to the public.

The goal is to invite the community to get involved in the place they live while giving back to the Nevada Military Support Alliance. Goods will be donated to provide support and assistance to military men and women, veterans and their families.

“September 11th is a day that changed our country forever. And for many of the men and women who were sent abroad to defend our country, something that changed their lives forever. We want to honor those who choose to risk their lives for our freedom,” says Tony Kuper, Director of Residential Operations. “We are hoping for a significant amount of donations we can give back to vets and their families.”
