Pahrump: Arrests for child sexual abuse; bestiality also alleged

PAHRUMP, Nev. (KOLO)-- The Nye County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday that four Pahrump residents were booked on charges involving sexual abuse of several children at a Pahrump home.

Two of the suspects allegedly had children involved in bestiality, the sheriff’s office said.

The sheriff’s office said the children were given alcohol, which made them sick, and then were sexually abused by the suspects. Investigators said the children implicated all of the suspects. The Nye County Sheriff’s Office and the Nevada Department of Child and Family Services launched the investigation on Jan. 17.

Eric Garcia, 39, was booked on 20 counts of child abuse, 17 counts of sexual assault, two counts of bestiality, 17 counts of lewdness with a child younger than 14, 20 counts of preparing, advertising or distributing child pornography, 20 counts of using a child in pornography and 20 counts of possession of child pornography.

Danny L. Hicks, 50, of Pahrump was booked on four counts of child abuse, three counts of sexual assault, two counts of bestiality and four counts of lewdness with a child younger than 14.

Mickey Lee Cagle, 30, was booked on two counts each of sexual assault, child abuse and on lewdness with a child younger than 14.

Vicki Lynn Bachli, 49, was booked on charges of child abuse and lewdness with a child younger than 14.

Hicks and Cagle were booked Wednesday night and Garcia and Bachli were booked Thursday morning.
