Police release photos of persons of interest in stabbing

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -- Reno Police continue to search for the people involved in a stabbing late Tuesday, August 28, 2018.

Police say they have developed information about some persons of interest and have released the attached photos of people they are trying to find. The photos are attached below the story.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the area of First Street between Sierra and West Streets.

Police say at least three people were harassing a homeless man, when a passerby, who identifies himself as Tanner, intervened. He was stabbed in a leg and taken to a hospital; he has been released and spoke to KOLO 8 News Now about his experience (see top video).
