RENO, Nev. (KOLO)-- Reno Police have released the name of a man killed in a crash near Sun Valley.
19-year-old Andrew Rauh was killed in the crash at Scottsdale Road and Bullwinkle Drive about 2:30 a.m. September 9, 2018. The vehicle left the road and rolled. Police say Rauh, a passenger, was not wearing a seat belt, and was thrown and died at the scene.
19-year-old Kenneth Lee Horner III, the driver, was arrested for DUI causing death, plus speeding and driving without a license. He first gave police an alias of Homer. He was treated at a hospital for injuries described as not life-threatening and booked into jail.
One more passenger was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
