Weather triggers dozen-car crash on U.S. 395

The Nevada Highway Patrol says weather contributed to a dozen-car crash on northbound U.S. 395 north of Parr Boulevard.

The crash happened around 5:17 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2018, before the Panther Valley interchange.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol's Twitter page, the crash was due to slick roads after snowy weather. NHP says the crash took several hours to clear.

No word on if anyone was hurt in the crash.
