Nevadans awaiting poll numbers; long lines led to delays

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - Long lines at polling places mean many people had to wait to vote in several Nevada counties, since anyone already in line at 7PM was still allowed to vote, even as polls officially closed.

The Secretary of State's Office says people were still voting late into the evening in Clark, Washoe and Lyon counties. Washoe County was the final holdout, with all precincts finally reporting as of about 10PM, though not all voting cartridges were in and ready for counting.

Numbers will be released here as official counting gets underway.
