Michael Kuntz, 59, was killed in the crash, the NHP said. The NHP believes Parisi was going west on Six Mile Canyon Road near Roughing It Road and Kuntz was walking east with five dogs when the vehicle Parisi drove crossed over the center of the road and hit him. Kuntz was pronounced dead at the scene.
