RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The 2nd Annual HJK Warrior Memorial Ride Sept. 15th will honor the service of Soldier Hunter Jack Kelly, whose life was taken in 2015 while serving in the Army. A son, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, a grandson and a friend to many, Kelly’s life will not be forgotten with this day of remembrance.

Participants can ride motorcycles or ride along in a car. The course will begin at 10 a.m. at the Tamarack Junction in south Reno and proceed with stops in South Lake Tahoe, Genoa and Moundhouse. The ride will end at approximately 4 p.m. in Virginia City at Hunter’s Flag.

Riders on motorcycles or in cars are welcome. Register here. Entry is $20 for riders and $15 for non-riders.

The ride supports the Veterans Guest House, a one-of-a-kind home, that provides temporary
