RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Dolan Auto Group’s annual Class Project is back.
“Once again, we are challenging classrooms in our region to band together to plan and execute a community outreach project,” said Ryan Dolan, CEO of Dolan Auto Group. “Any project big or small, done with ambition and heart, can make a huge impact.”
Eleven classrooms across Northern Nevada will be selected as finalists based on the creativity, overall involvement and positive impact of their projects. Ten will receive $2,500 each and the classroom that receives the most votes on Facebook from March 17-19, 2018 will receive $5,000.
To be considered, classrooms each had to provide a one-page summary of its community outreach project along with a short video, explanation of measurable results and how the project was executed, how many students participated and how the funds will be used. Submissions had to be sent to Ashton@DolanAutoGroup.com by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 14.
Each class project will be anonymously graded on a one- to ten-point scale by teachers who submit Class Projects.
Winners will be announced Wednesday, March 21 during a live video on Dolan Auto Group’s Facebook page and will be posted to the company’s website. For more information on Dolan’s Class Project, visit Dolan Auto Group.com.
