Man pulled from Truckee with hypothermia

RENO, NV (KOLO) - A man was hospitalized for hypothermia after being pulled from the Truckee River.

The Reno Fire Department responded to Fisherman's Park near Kietzke Lane and Galletti Way just before 5AM, Thursday, April 25, 2019.

Reno Fire found a homeless camp at the site, and discovered a group of homeless had pulled the man out of the water. It is unclear if the man was homeless. Rescue crews say his injuries are not life-threatening.
