Help sought finding autistic Cold Springs man

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office asks for the public’s help finding Jeremiah Eugene Whittle, 23, who was last reported seen Tuesday, May 28, 2019 between 8:06 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. leaving his home in the Cold Springs area.

Whittle is considered endangered. His family says he has autism and the mental capacity of an 11-year-old, the sheriff's office reports.

The sheriff’s office describes him as Asian and black, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, about 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants, a gray-blue long sleeve sweater and white Adidas shoes.
