The suspect in an officer-involved shooting in Sparks has died from his injuries, according to Reno Police.

They say just after 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018, two Sparks Police officers were investigating reports of someone with a gun and a robbery on London Circle, near Sparks Middle School.

While in front of a home, officers came across a man who matched the suspect description in the incidents. Police say the man showed a gun when they confronted him and that led to officers firing several shots, killing the suspect.
