Suspected Incline Village bank robber arrested

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (KOLO) - Saturday morning update:

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office said it has arrested the man it believes robbed an Incline Village bank on Friday morning.

A deputy saw Greg Bauer Roberts, 48, on the Mount Rose Highway Friday and Roberts was taken into custody.

Roberts was being held Saturday in the Washoe County jail on suspicion of robbery and possession of drugs.

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery in Incline Village Friday morning.

Sheriff's spokesman Bob Harmon tells KOLO 8 News Now someone got away with cash after robbing the Wells Fargo at 776 Tahoe Boulevard about 10AM August 24, 2018. No injuries are reported.

No description of the robber, other than the attached photos, or vehicle used in the crime has been released. Photos indicate he was wearing tannish pants with dark top, mask, cap and sunglasses.
