Earthquake strikes Lake Tahoe overnight

TAHOE CITY, Calif. (KOLO) Did you feel it?

According to the Nevada Seismological Laboratory, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck Lake Tahoe overnight.

At 12:26 am Thursday, July 26, 2018, the first tremors began.

The epicenter of the quake is reported to be 6 miles northeast of Tahoe City and 8 miles west southwest of Incline Village.

KOLO has heard no reports of damage or injury.
