Driver sought in Sparks hit-and-run that injured bicyclist

SPARKS, NV (KOLO)-- The Sparks Police Department Thursday asked for the public’s help finding a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run June 30 that left a bicyclist with cuts, bruises and a head injury after being thrown from the bike.

It happened about 10:32 p.m. in the 1100 block of O’Callaghan Drive, about halfway between Sparks Boulevard and McCarran Boulevard.

A witness saw a green Toyota Corolla leaving the area.
