Probable Cause statements filed by the Reno Police Department detail the evidence against

, 22, for the alleged murder of Amber Morris, 37, of Los Angeles.

Morris, the mother of four who recently moved to LA from Ohio, was in Reno with her husband and sister when she was found murdered in her hotel room at the Circus Circus early on the morning of Friday, July 19th.

The documents say Morris and her sister met a man while in Reno. At some point, they encountered another man identified as Johnson.

Johnson was then seen going up and down the elevators at Circus Circus looking for the group. At one point, Johnson ran into the three again near Morris' room.

The report says Morris and her husband had an argument and he spent that night sleeping in their car. Morris' sister and the man she met left Morris in her room.

Surveillance video then caught the other man, Johnson, knocking on Morris' hotel room door.

Later Johnson was seen leaving the room with his shoes apparently stained with blood. Reno Police say the shoes and a bloody hand print were later found in a Circus Circus elevator.

Morris was found with severe head trauma, allegedly from being stomped on, and apparent strangulation.

Johnson was wanted on unrelated fraud charges and KOLO 8 has confirmed that there is a warrant out for Johnson from North Dakota for a probation violation.
