Carson Sheriff's Office releases photos of fraud suspect

CARSON CITY, NV (KOLO) - The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a fraud suspect.

Shortly after noon May 6, 2019, the man seen in the photos walked into the Bank of America branch at 600 E. William in Carson City and tried to cash a fraudulent check. He used fake identification, and left the bank before deputies arrived.

The Sheriff's Office describes the man as black with dark hair and dark eyes. He was wearing sunglasses on his forehead and a short-sleeve button-up shirt. He had a beard and mustache, and appears to have scaring or pock marks on both cheeks.
