Body found in Mono County presumed to be that of man reported missing

An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death of a man found dead in Mono County.
The body was found May 22, 2016, in Crowley Lake. Mono County Sheriff’s deputies say the body is presumed to be that of 27-year-old Juan Vierheller, who had last been seen at a campsite at the lake in the early morning of May 13 and was reported missing soon after. A search of the area was called off after nothing was found.
His family has been notified.
