RENO, NV (KOLO) - The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is looking for a silver four-door sedan after a bicyclist crashed Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say about 1:30PM April 24, 2019, the bicyclist was in the intersection of Dandini and Leonesio, near Sun Valley Boulevard and east of Truckee Meadows Community College, and crashed near a pole. Investigators originally believed the cyclist had hit a car that was also in the intersection, and the driver of the car left. As the investigation has progressed, it's no longer clear whether there was a collision between the bike and car, but deputies would like to talk to the driver to get that person's perspective about the incident, and to check the car for damage.

The bicyclist was taken to a hospital; his condition is unclear. No age has been released.

Anyone with information is asked to call 775-785-9276.
