Bernie Sanders to campaign in Reno, Carson City, Elko

RENO, Nev. (KOLO)-- Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders campaigns in Northern Nevada Dec. 8 and Dec. 9.

Sanders is now going to Carson City instead of Gardnerville, the campaign announced Thursday.

On Monday, Dec. 9, at noon Sanders will be at Stewart Community Center
465 Clear Creek Avenue in Carson City. RSVP here, but tickets are not required.


Then at 5:30 p.m. he appears at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center at 4590 S Virginia St. RSVP here, but tickets not required.


Sanders appears in Elko on Sunday at Elko High School at 987 College Ave. at 4 p.m. RSVP here, but tickets not required.


He has two appearances in Las Vegas on Tuesday. UNITE Here holds a Presidential Town Hall at the Culinary Local 226 Hall, 1630 S Commerce St, Las Vegas, at 11:15 a.m. At 3 p.m., he meets with Assemblyman Assefa at St. Simeon Serbian Orthodox Church, 3950 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas.


Sanders campaigned in Reno and Carson City on Sept. 13.
