RENO, Nev. (KOLO)-- Two people were arrested Saturday on suspicion of kidnapping, false imprisonment and robbery, the Reno Police Department said.
Additionally, they released a photo of a third person they are seeking on the same charges.
They also arrested a person on drug charges.
Police said Friday, November 8, 2019 about 5:20 p.m. the family of a 23-year-old man contacted police about the man’s disappearance and suspicious activity on his bank account.
At about 3 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, the missing man was found in the area of Valley Road and East Fifth Street. He told police he had been held against his will and robbed.
Police got a search warrant and the special weapons and tactics team served the warrant at a warehouse in the area. Police arrested Ciara Lynn Miller, 23, and Saul Zelaznog, 43, on kidnapping, false imprisonment and robbery charges.
A man named Saul Zelaznog got international publicity in 2013 after a Reno pub shamed him on Facebook for leaving without paying his tab. It wasn't immediately clear if this is the same man.
Additionally, Cierra Marie Pangborn, 25, was arrested on four counts of possession of a controlled substance for sales, police said.
People with information about the man police seek or about the case are asked to call police at 775-334-2188 or Secret Witness at 775-322-4900 or go to www.secretwitness.com. People who give tips to Secret Witness can remain anonymous.
Secret Witness said it is offering a reward in the case with the amount to be determined later.
