A Reno bar will be saying goodbye to its customers at the end of this month.
After ten years, the
on Fourth Street is closing its doors at the end of June 2018. Co-owner Ryan Gold says it's bittersweet to walk away from the Lincoln Lounge. He and his business partners own three other businesses (Imperial Bar & Lounge, Old Granite Street Eatery and Royce) in town and with a growing family, those were the reasons they are walking away.
"My partner Justin and I both just had our first children and we are just maturing a little bit and it's time to diversify our lives a little bit," said Gold.
The bar is set to close June 30. To celebrate the end of an era, the bar will host two special events: June 29, the last Soul Night and June 30, a record release party for Reno band Pink Awful.
