25-year-old Jesse Bailey is charged with shooting and killing 47-year-old Andrea Faulkner, whose body was found the morning of May 5, 2019 at 3rd and Vine Streets.

After the killing, police say a woman picked up a Silver iPhone XS Max on the Vine Street sidewalk. It may be in a wallet-style case. Police are looking for the phone as a piece of evidence in the killing and do not believe the woman was involved in the crime.

Police say the woman has dark hair and is 5’4” to 5’6” and 160 to 170 pounds. She was wearing a long-sleeve pink hooded sweater, long blue jeans and sandals. She was on video southbound on Vine Street toward W. 2nd Street.

If you are able to identify her, you're asked to notify the Reno Police Department at 334-2121 or 334-2188 and reference #19-8577. You can also call Secret Witness, which is offering a $250 reward for the recovery of the phone, at 775-322-4900. You can remain anonymous.

No information has been released about a possible motive for the killing.
