RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Reno-Tahoe International Airport is expecting around 20,000 Burners from more than 30 countries over the next several days for Burning Man.
Attendees are headed to the Black Rock Desert for the annual event which starts Sunday.
Monday is expected to be the busiest day at the airport. Local volunteers will be welcoming Burners, and assisting with information and directions. Therapy dogs from RNO's Paws for Passengers will also be available from 11:30AM - 1PM.
Travelers will also see a Burning Man exhibition in Concourse C.
The airport says Burning Man is the biggest event for the airport, bringing in about $11 million for the airport and the region.
