Watercolor show benefits CHA through January

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - SWILL Coffee and Wine is hosting an exhibition of new works by Nevada artist Marilyn Melton. The “Health Blooms Show” will feature 12 works that are watercolor pieces of various flowers in inspired pots. The art will be displayed and available for purchase through January.

SWILL is at 3366 Lakeside Court in Reno.

Melton is a third generation native Nevadan who studied art at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has served on many local boards, engaged in community activism for human services, the arts and environment, been a co-owner of an art gallery, and has shown her work in a variety of locales.

100% of proceeds from art sales will go directly back to the Community Health Alliance Foundation and support its fundraising efforts to bring quality, affordable, comprehensive healthcare services to all.
