SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KOLO) - Heavenly Mountain Resort will serve as the site of the 2nd annual Pink Heavenly Fundraiser, but organizers need you to pack the slopes. From live music, costume contests and prizes, there is just a 25 dollar registration fee.

Cancer is a serious issue, but the thought process behind this event is highlighting survivors, honoring the lives lost and raising money to find a cure as Barton Foundation Executive Director Chris Kiser explains, “Everybody who has faced it or knows someone who has faced it in their lives and we're taking kind of an uplifting approach so we're raising funds for Barton's Cancer Support Services which helps our community members really live and hopefully thrive with the services we offer.”

Pink Heavenly is family friendly and is happening Saturday March 21st, 2020. You're encouraged to sign up now to kick start the fundraising efforts. Click this link to learn more and sign up. For information on the Barton Foundation, head here.
