The Carson City School Board of Trustees met tonight to discuss some important issues.
They voted unanimously to approve a new two-year contract for Superintendent Richard Stokes. It starts in July and runs through June 2022.
A small percentage increase was also voted on, increasing Stokes' salary to $173,189 beginning this summer.
