Mike Bell grew up in Norfolk, NE and spent 13 years covering news of all kinds in the Midwest.
His focus was crime and breaking news, which earned him several investigative reporting awards stemming from countless hours combing through court records.
After joining the digital team at WOWT and later becoming content producer at Local News Live, he now works as a digital producer for KVVU in Las Vegas.
He lives in Omaha with his wife, daughters and collection of lawn gnomes.
