Denise Wong is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who co-anchors the 4pm, 5pm, and 6:30pm newscasts at KOLO 8 News Now. She first joined the KOLO 8 News Now team in 2010.
With more than 20 years of experience in TV news, Denise has followed her career around the country. She got her start at KMTR in Eugene, Oregon before moving on to stations that include WCTV in Tallahassee, KRON in San Francisco, KATU in Portland, KTNV in Las Vegas and CBS13 in Sacramento.
Denise graduated from UCLA, where she majored in Communication Studies and Psychology. She holds a master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University. In 2021, she was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame. She and her husband, Good Morning Reno Anchor Josh Little, live in Sparks with their son. They love to spend time on the beach, in the water and on the slopes. Denise also likes to cheer on the Lakers and pretends she knows more about the NBA than she actually does.
