Freezing mornings and mild afternoons are in the forecast for the rest of the month, with hard freezes area-wide over Nevada Day Weekend. Temperatures will start to warm next week, which will deliver a milder Halloween. Rain and snow are not in the picture until at least Thursday of next week. -Jeff
