Expect a windy Wednesday, ahead of a sharp cold front. This system will bring rain and snow showers Wednesday evening into Wednesday night, with a few inches possible in the Sierra. A second, drier, but colder system is on the way Friday night. Widespread hard freezes are expected. -Jeff
