Truckee River is too fast and too cold for recreation
The Truckee River is both fast and cold and it's not safe for people or pets.

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -The Reno Fire Department warns people to keep themselves and their pets out of the Truckee River because the water is too fast and too cold.
