Driver pleads not guilty; waives right to a speedy trial

FERNLEY, Nev. (KOLO) - Troy Driver has plead not guilty on all counts during a court appearance Monday.
He also has waived his right to a speedy trial.
His next status hearing will be on May 26.
Driver is facing a number of charges, including first degree murder and sexual assault in the death of Naomi Irion.
