RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Another winter storm hits the Sierra tonight. Chain controls are in effect on I-80 and 50. Be cautious and expect delays. Temperatures will stay below average this week as these systems bring high winds and a dusting of snow in Reno. Our next chance for snow this week is on Thursday and Friday.
