SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) - UPDATE NOV. 9, 12:10 P.M. The Nevada Department of Business & Industry has issued a $4,554 fine against Peterbilt Trucks Parts & Equipment in Sparks.

The violation was issued for the Donald Trump Jr. Rally on September 30, 2020. State investigators say Peterbilt did not obtain their approval for the public event with attendance of more than 50.

The Make America Great Again event is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment at 2272 Larking Circle.
